3 months down and 3 months to go. I started on June 1st at 248 pounds with the intention of getting my BMI into the healthy range which is 200 lbs for someone my height. My downfall has always been eating out which was almost a hobby of mine and caused me to balloon from 205 when I was in the military up to 248 in about 2 years. My first 3 months went pretty well as I was eating much better at home and exercising 4-6 times per week by jogging and lifting weights, but about 2 weeks ago, I become frustrated, hence the reason for searching for inspiration. I had dropped to 221 just last Saturday, then went out to eat twice over the weekend and gained 7 pounds! Ugh. Anyway, I'm going on a cruise beginning Nov 19 and would very much like to be below my max healthy BMI by that date. Hopefully, all goes well!

I did 40 lbs in 5 months at age 33 on Body for Life. Also did 40 lbs in 4 months at age 26 on BFL. BFL works.
