Question I am just getting set up on the website and the app for my iPhone
I noticed that when I entered food eaten on the app , it does not sync with the website like it does with my fitness pal. I would have to enter it twice which is not user friendly.
Am I doing something wrong ?

You have to log into the app to get it to sync and at least with the android app there is a sync setting. Just play around with it.

low carb recipes
I like do zucchini and sliced onions cooked in about a tablespoon of olive oil with some garlic seasoning. It's delish with some either grilled chicken or pork.

Disappointing.
Thanks Diablo. I am in it for the long haul. It is just this early in the process, with such a lot to lose, a good second week would have perked me up.

Sugar
If "progress" is believing that sugar=cyanide, I don't think it would be good for my mental health to change.

Glaun has good advice. No one can help you without knowing your plan. The ratios will vary depending on your plan. What is your plan?
