So i just started dieting and i went down to 1200 to 1500 calories a day and to today is day one. I normally do 5-10 zumba songs a night after i get my children to bed, but tonight my stomach was really cramping. Do you think it might have to do with the jump down in calories or maybe my stomach just getting used to the change. Should i be worried?

I wouldn't worry, You might have just pulled something slightly and the muscles are cramping around it.
Go lightly for a day or so and see how it still feels. Though obviously if it gets worse then go see a doc ASAP.
