I found MaxWorkouts online. I didn't want to pay for a personal trainer. My gym did provide a one-time meeting with a trainer who set me up with a workout routine but it wasn't right for me.
MaxWorkouts had several great reviews from fitness experts and is not a program that pushes pills and powders, just healthy eating and effective exercises. It's a high intensity workout so it gets you in great shape and the workouts are under 30 minutes. (combo of circuit training and interval cardios). He also provides videos that can be downloaded instantly to your iPad/iPhone to help understand how to do each routine. The best part is he creates a daily workout schedule so all you do is follow it. No wondering what to do each day.
The program, when I paid for it, was equivalent to 1 month of a gym membership or about 2 hours of a personal trainer. I went from bursting out of a size 12 to a size 10 and actually 10's are now getting lose on me. I also dropped my gym membership and workout from home since I have the few bits of equipment you need. But I love this guy as he shows you what to do to get results. The guys at the gym just had me hitting all the weight machines and hours of cardio and I basically lost nothing but a lot of time.
