Can you get a personal trainer? It's gonna be hard for you to find someone online that lives near you and wants to workout with you without knowing you. If you can't get a personal trainer, maybe introducing yourself to someone at the gym. Or take a class there and get to know a few people and then ask them. Or set fitness related goals for yourself and keep track of your progress on your own.

The program, when I paid for it, was equivalent to 1 month of a gym membership or about 2 hours of a personal trainer. I went from bursting out of a size 12 to a size 10 and actually 10's are now getting lose on me. I also dropped my gym membership and workout from home since I have the few bits of equipment you need. But I love this guy as he shows you what to do to get results. The guys at the gym just had me hitting all the weight machines and hours of cardio and I basically lost nothing but a lot of time.

Are you drinking enough water? How is your salt consumption? When I crave sweets I drink a glass of water and if still craving I eat a pickle. Usually does the trick. If not I eat a few pieces of fruit.
