I've been using this for a while now as it has so many benefits - better skin, better digestion, more energy, less insomnia. But I came off it because I was sure it was making me super hungry all of the time. Has anyone else had any experiences with it? What did you make of it?

I've been using coconut oil for over a year now and I never noticed an increase in appetite. If you started the coconut oil at the same time that you started exercising/eating healthier, it could be that you're just at a calorie deficit.

I started using coconut oil only two weeks ago and I haven't noticed an increase in appetite. I usually don't go over a tbsp per day though. Mix it with other healthy oils.

I've read that extra virgin coconut oil when massaged topically can reduce and sometimes even get rid of stretch marks! Any thoughts?

I started using it about two weeks ago, and love it for cooking. Not noticing any difference in appetite. Maybe there is something else in your diet that needs tweaking??
A bad moment does not have to be a bad day, bad week, or a sign that you can't do this. It is a moment. Just that. Pause and go back to the person who really wants to be healthier and happier.
