You can use dry powdered nonfat milk for your protein, simply add one to two teaspoons of the powder to a glass of milk for consumption between meals. Mix with a blender for best results with a banana, pear or strawberry. You can also mix with water but triple the amount of powder. The best budget foods for bodybuilding are chicken and eggs for protein, and potatoes, rice, salad greens, vegetables and whatever fruit is in season for carbs. Remember steak may be tasty to some bodybuilders but it is expensive and is actually an inefficient source of protein. The hulkster

GNC Amplified Creatine 189
(2 daily, together, 30 minutes prior to workout in the morning)

Workout on an empty stomach in the morning
(harsh, but seems to get better weight loss)

GNC Mega Men Sport multivitamin
(2 daily, together, in the morning after workout with 1st meal)

1st meal is always a protein shake
(Myoplex Lite preferred, use Myoplex, Muscle Milk, or Muscle Milk Lite as alternatives)

Try to make 3 of my 6 Body for Life meals be protein shakes each day since protein shakes are 1) lower in calories, 2) lower in fat, 3) lower in sugar, 4) contain alot of protein, and 5) contain relatively good carbs and fats.

Does anyone else "trick" themselves on their RDI?
I set my exercise to 24hrs sleeping. that brings down my allowance, but even then i reduced my RDI by a couple of hundred cals to where i feel i can eat enough and still lose.
