In 2010 I lost 40 lbs on Body for Life over a 5 month period going from 227 to 187. Of the suggested 6 meals a day on Body for Life, I tried to make three of them protein shakes. Due to travel, often Myoplex Lite was unavailable to me, so I would replace it with Muscle Milk, Muscle Milk Lite, or regular Myoplex - three types of RTD shakes that you can often times find at convenience stores and gas stations. Some say that Muscle Milk is too fatty, but it did not seem to hinder my weight loss on Body for Life.

Calories are the most important thing to keep track of mandii. Fat is more important for health. Weight loss happens when you ingest less energy than you expend.
