I have not lost an ounce! In fact I picked up weight! Just feeling terrible!

without access to you diet etc the only thing i can tell you is keep trying

You can do it!!!All your diet needs is a little tweaking! lemme take a peek at your food diary...

Posted: 20 Jun 2012, 17:22 food diary. start logging in everything that you eat, then all the diet pros on this forum can direct you on where you are going wrong. there might be something in your calories, nutrients or something.

just keep at it,
this month i havent lost as much as i usually do,
its kind of dissapointing, i know
but look at the scale as an opponent.
do not just give up if it hits you like that.
you gotta come back stronger and better in the next week or month
and show the scale who the boss is

I think it's weight related - not a standard of so many glasses. Plus some people then add in activity level and environment variables. There's tons of calculators online.
