missing meals

I m on the Fat Smash Diet. I missed a meal today by about an hour 1/2 and was wonderig if it is better to wait until your next meal time to eat or eat right when you relize you missed the time.

I think u should still eat. Maybe not anything heavy, just snack on some veggies or have a yogurt and fruit. Smile
