missing meals

I m on the Fat Smash Diet. I missed a meal today by about an hour 1/2 and was wonderig if it is better to wait until your next meal time to eat or eat right when you relize you missed the time.

Carbs... replacement foods
Avoid the 'simple' carbs... white anything.... flour, sugar, and starches. Eat 'complex' carbs which are fruits and vegetables.
