On the FSD can we have jello? If so, how much do you think one serving is? Thanks!

BabyT, I know the Fat-Free,Sugar-Free 'pudding' isn't 'allowed' until P3, but not sure about the 'jello'. I'm thinking not until P3. BUT...

Ladies, while jell-o might be allowed on your program, I urge you to avoid it. Gelatin is what gives it that little jiggle. There are plenty of low cal & fat free choices out there that are even healthier & don't contain bone.

Thanks, Jacqi! I've heard the same about jello (don't care for it personally) but like I mentioned, I do Not think it's an 'allowable food' on our Plan.

The FatFree/SugarFree 'pudding' can be eaten at P3, but I wasn't sure about jello. I was able to avoid it all together, but provided the link for BabyT in hopes that she'll find her answer there!

I'm such a structured person...I ate 'by the letter' during the Phase 1 (P1) Detox, just to be on the safe side. Wink

bad cholesterol
Red yeast rice worked for me. I now take it only intermittently, and my cholesterol is stable around 5.8. Good luck!

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
