Hi everyone. I'm starting back really good today. I am not weighing in because I decided that scales mess with my progress. Not having my scale (since I gave it to my cousin) has not been good for me because for 3-4 weeks now, I haven't followed a diet - YIKES! I ate horrible but since I love to work out, I did keep that up. I went on my cruise, went to the shore 2 weekends in a row (which always consists of taking kids for ice cream), french fries on the boardwalk, pizza. Bad bad choices. But from eating like that, I feel horrible and am looking forward to eating healthy. Since I have no idea what I weigh, I'm sure it's back up there. I would say around 140 maybe higher
(I can tell by what clothes fit). I'm also giving myself NO time frame this time around. Just doing it as a way of life and I know the weight will come off.
