Am I getting enough exercise??

I wont actually start Fat Smash until Sunday but have been exercising and dieting for 2 weeks. The diet calander is a little confusing to me am I exercising enough as far as burning enough calories?

That depends. What are you doing now, and how many calories are you eating?

If your diet/exercise calender is accurate, then you're not eating enough and your workouts are fine. You can always increase the intensity of your workouts to burn more calories, but you shouldn't do that until you increase the amount you're eating.
