Typically these types of sites wont let you change your profile name because that is how the system identifies you (i.e. it would cause issues). You can try the contact link below, but I think that is the answer you are going to get: Delete your account and start a new one.

Editing a Product Size
Agreed that'd be useful, but in the meantime you can create a custom meal/recipe, then add that recipe to your diet calendar and just divide by what you think the portion size is.
