Hi there I have been on Extreme Fat smash for 1 1/2 years maintained but gained a few lbs back..I need more motivation to keep going. I'm on Cycle 1 Day1 and want to loose a lot more! Anyone out there on fat smash too?

Extreme Fat Smash was a book he came out with after Fat Smash. From what I understand there are more preset meals and a bit more restrictions than the original FatSmash. But don't quote me on that. My mom has the Extreme book so I will ask her.

the extreme one identifies 3 body types. those that lost fast, those that adopt fast therefore plateau early, & those that dont lost nomatter what they do. It has a different eating plan & you would identify which type you are & eat for that type. I am also doing the regular fat smash. I think if I change my eating habits overall I will have the best chance to get healthier.

Might your local chemist have scales you could weigh yourself on? Or perhaps your local gym? You might have to pay to use them, but probably not much.
