Just wondering if anyone of on the Extreme version of the Fat smash diet??
I looked for it on the diets section but couldn't find it.
If anyone is on the Extreme Fat Smash Diet or thinking about starting the Extreme Fat Smash, I just want to let you know I created a challenge and everyone is welcome to join.
If you have questions about the EFS, I will gladly be able to answer questions.
It is basically for people who have up to 25 pounds to lose and want to lose it fast. The book promises 12 pounds in 3 weeks.
I would like this challenge to be a great team of support and motivation and if we are succesful, we could be a great example for other people who might be interested in doing the EFS in the future.
Anyways, like I said, everyone is welcome to join!!
Thanks for reading.

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
