I ordered my book but it didn't come in yet...So I know that on the FS diet you're supposed to have 4-5 meals with two being snacks. But what should the portions be like? I feel like I may be eating too much. But, I make sure to eat every 2-3 hours and not "overindulge" and stop eating when I'm already getting full. Since I have already been eating a vegan diet for a while I'm guessing I may not receive as much results in the first phase as everyone else is..? So I'm guessing that it may have something to do with cutting down my portions and increasing exercise for more results. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!Very Happy

You are basically having breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack (very light one). So it's not necessarily meals. The portions, frequence of when you eat and exercising is what gives you the weight loss.

A starving body will not give up fat because it's storing it. But, if the body knows it will get more food soon, it will let go. I lose 9 pounds my first week.
