AS I said before I don't weigh myself because my body stat scales are not reliable. Scales gave me a BMI 6 weeks ago of 31. Went to the gym and they did a body stat on me using two electrodes to my feet and two to my foot. BMI 26.1. But no weight loss.
I just want to be smaller than i am. By another 2 dress sizes.Doubt

BMI is just a formula based on height and weight. There should be no need to use a scale or anything like that. If your weight hasn't changed and your height hasn't changed, your BMI is exactly the same.

If you want to calculate your BMI, it is weight in kilograms devided by height in centimetres squared
BMI=kg/(m)2

I'll just add to this... in order to be consistent, make sure that you are using the same technique/scale each time you measure. No one way is 100% accurate and there will always be some margin of error between different techniques/scales.

All bodyfat measurement techniques have built-in inaccuracies, including the bioimpedance used at your gym, which is the same as the one that scales use.

A skilled person using calipers can get the best reading. However, even an unskilled person using calipers can track changes in bodyfat.

I would do a weight in lbs or kg to see what and how your body is responding to your efforts. BMI is just a measurement tool.

I weigh 178.8 and my BMI is 34.9 but when I was over 205 it was 40! It is a good tool, but I don't let either number define me.

I track my body fat with a cheap pair of calipers I bought. When I bought them in January, I had 15mm fat thickness on my belly. Now it is down to 7.5mm. I recommend learning to do this.

Coconut milk is apparently lower carb than milk and cream, so if you are making smoothies, try the coconut milk instead.
