Hello all, I am a disgruntled mid 40 something, with a passion for cakes, chocolate and smoothies. In an attempt to lose 16lbs in 16 weeks, I seemed to have gained more than I started with.
I am new to low carbing, but struggling to find foods that I like to eat. I have weighed myself today and put on another 4lb so am feeling a little despondent.
I have no idea how to count calories, nor how many calories a day I should be aiming for. Any help and advice gratefully received.
