I am not big on dieting because the cons of restricting your diet during the loosing process. Ive heard once you are at your goal weight the pounds will slowly creep back on. I have about 45 pounds Id like to lose and I am considering the Paleo diet. I LOOOVE dairy so that part will be hard for me I think. Those of you following this diet, what are your pros and cons that you've found? What recipes do you recommend for newbies especially for breakfast? Can you have almond milk instead of dairy? Help this girl out!! Smile

Search online. There are lots of different variations on paleo eating, some of which incorporate some dairy. These are people who do it as a lifestyle, not a temporary weight loss diet.

Breakfast: eggs and meat
Lunch: salad and meat
Supper: vegetables and meat

While Cordain originally designed his diet as a low fat diet, there is no historical justification in avoiding fat. Eat fatty meat.

Craving
Well good luck with those challenges. There must be a good reason you feel you can't have just one of the carb, lower calorie beers. I admire your discipline and determination.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.
