You don't need strength... you need better taste. Fast food is gross!

I know what you mean. We had a party today and they had cinammon bun cake! Instead of cake i settled for the strawberries they had and quickly left the area lol.

If you're on Atkins - you can eat the non breaded non carb parts if possible.
Otherwise my technique is to jump up and down and feel the jiggle that usually helps me settle down and my will power comes back
