We are eating sushi tonight and I wanted an idea of what I could "afford" for dinner. I went to the restaurant website and couldn't find their nutritional info. So I did a search of "How many calories are in a rainbow roll" and found
this awesome website
.
If Fat Secret could integrate something like this into their website, that would be so so cool!! I really like how you can see the picture of the food to see how big the portion is.
I looked around a little bit and they have some great tips and its def a great site worth visiting. I will say that their library could be bigger. They do have an awesome selection of sushi rolls, but its hit and miss after that.
Thought I would share!!

Gee thanks!! Now all I want is sushi tonight! Those pictures look yummy! I've been making my own, so I can control the calories, but I can't make fancy ones!

Ditto - I requested Shoguns be added because they are a chain .. not yet .. so I usually just stick w/Sashimi because the rolls make me uneasy with unknown totals

Yeah I ended up having a lot of different nigiri and so had to guesstimate anyway. I was more excited right after I found that website. I will say I really like their setup a lot, and if Fat Secret had an interface for food like that with all the info about the food, it would be pretty spectacular!
