Okay, I have been submitting recipes to the website, mainly because they are what I am making for dinners and lunches. The problem is that I cannot add some of the recipes to my diet calendar from last week. For example, if I add the recipe tonight, but I actually had it last Wednesday, how in the hell do I get it added to my diet calendar for last Wednesday? There isn't any way to insert the date that you want to add the recipe to, and if you try to add new items from the date that you're missing it won't allow you to bring up your recipes.... I know I could add all of the information into my favorite meals, but that would also entail me trying to figure out all of the components (sodium etc.) which I have no idea how to do; so it would just be easier if I could add the recipe to my diet calendar, even if they are in the past!!!

So basically, I need help either navigating the site or I need to add my meals before the week ends otherwise they can't be added at all?

Hopefully someone can answer this question! Cheers

Hi Screach
I had this problem too. This is what I do to get around it.
Enter your recipe, then go to add to food diary. As you say you can't always select the day you want. If so add it to the correct meal (breakfast, lunch, or whatever) on today. Then go to the day you want to add it to, when you click on the meal heading your recipe should be at the top of your recently eaten foods, so now you can add it. Don't forget to then delete it from today's food.
Hope that helps!!
Sal
