I like turbo jam,. It does have a good deal of kick boxing too though. There is an all dance series available on YouTube called Pump it up, you might like that as well.

i'm over 60 now and just ordered sweating to the oldies. i do better on dancing cause i don't have to lift up my leg if my knee starts hurting. in my 40's and 30's i belly danced and i really lost inches on my waist. unbelievable.

I do a lot of dance videos, so I use things like the Jazzericise vidoes and the Pussycat Dolls workout. I love the Pussycat Dolls workouts. They are fun and hold my attention for a while.
I would love to go to the Jazzercise classes that they offer around here, but I don't drive, so I will have to set up days with a partner to do it.
It's like they say, Dance like no one is watching.

If you're uncomfortable dancing in front of others you should invest in the 'Just Dance' video game series. It's meant for the Wii And it will get you off the couch and dancing to some pretty big hits. Popular music, music from the 80's and so on! There's also an option where you can 'Break a Sweat' and it will actually exercise a lot of your body!

East coast swing dancing. Lindy hop makes aerobics a walk in the park by comparison. It's a wonderful social workout and fun fun fun!!

I think that whatever you have fun with. Belly and Latin dancing are my favorites so that's what I do for cardio.

Just Dance on the Xbox, it is fun plus you can see what you look like while your doing it. Just Dance keeps track of your steps it called Sweat points. Everyone I know loves to just play it but it can be a really good workout, plus if you are shy this is great way to have fun in your comfort zone until you grow your confidence

Best time for doing exercise, morning or night?
I prefer to exercise in the morning too. Partly because by the time evening rolls around, I'm worn out (two toddlers will do that to you) and partly because I just know me. If I get up at 5:30am, ...
