I started exercising Jan. 3rd, my New Year's resolution. I go to the gym 6 days a week, I count my calories for the most part and I drastically cut my portion sizes down. I lost 10 lbs. and I feel good. I need to lose 22 more lbs.

sometimes weight loss stops and then starts again, be consistent, some of the 11bs will be water also
