What would your mini goal be for this week? Sticking to your diet (life style) of choice, exercising more or just being good to yourself by eating healthy?

I'm going for a bit more walking and stretching while tracking everything that goes into my mouth.

My goal for this week is to workout everyday, eat right, drink 4 cups of herbal tea a day plus water and report everything I eat

To get through the week without having a day where I give in to the call of chocolate!

Thanks. I'm a bit of a chocoholic so I'll do my best (let you know next week how I did). Did have an Options hot chocolate earlier but at 40 calories that doesn't count.

I am sticking to whole foods and no sweeteners this week. Wednesday is always hard. I can have one piece of dark chocolate on Saturday if I succeed.

Starting today I'm going to abstain from coffee for at least a month.
