Spacey stating an obvious comment doesn't make it right except to the self centered egotistical person that post it... Ohyes that's you. Clearly you had a great xmas day as you felt the need to troll by posting inane comments... What a freak...
As i said i made no comment to you in my post but you felt the need to comment which supports my comment that you think its all about you. No doubt you will feed the need to comment to get the last word in again. yes i did say feed as inffeed your ego.

You see there you go again name calling and repeating yourself. Perfections cause people to look to pointing out the misfortunes of others which is a sad trait and an affliction of the marrow minded and uneducated which you are clearly both. strangely i don't have a fat gut as you think as i have lost as much as you, you will probably point out you are lighter but then again i am taller which by nature means i will weight more. As you point out i have a bad back but i still do an hour of exercise each day but it does ease the pain and helps with movement. I accept that 3 war zones and 2 peace keeping expeditions may have caused the problem but that's the way of the world and i don't blame anyone for how my life turned out. You do so have an oxymoronic mentality and i am sure you are happy in it.

Lol you are so amusing. Mr Reacher? A homicide investigator? Another example of your poorly connected neurons going into overdrive in another poor attempt to look intelligent. Speed dial? And yet it is you jumping at posting so soon after mine. Looks to me that you are running out of names to call me. And as for a life outside of the forum i didn't spend xmas day posting moronic comments...

Part of me thinks you are the same person posting under two usernames, just arguing with yourself.
Someone who is busier than you is working out right now.
There will come a day when you can no longer do this. Today is
not
that day.

weigh in
Good luck! I weigh in every day which has to stop. It is too easy to get caught up in the excitement of seeing the scale drop so much in a week-that is because of water weight I am sure.

Need suggestions on healthy/low-calorie foods.
You can use shakes for a few days. I have used the Atkins shakes and they are very good tasting. Soups are good though as stated above you may have to puree them. You could puree or blend cottage cheese ...
