It has been so long since I have had time to sit down and write an entry... I got caught up life, work, excuses, problems... I cannot believe I have gained this much weight... I was going through all my weigh ins and I am Shoked!!! Journaling and keeping track of food intake does work... I stopped doing all this and since I wasn't being held accountable I got too comfortable... I am making a promise to myself to track my food daily and to journal everyday for one month... I know I can do this... I need to get back on track for myself, to feel healthier, lighter, happier, and to fit in to my clothes!!! Need buddies that will be there to chat and motivate and vice versa...
