missing meals

I m on the Fat Smash Diet. I missed a meal today by about an hour 1/2 and was wonderig if it is better to wait until your next meal time to eat or eat right when you relize you missed the time.

Your goal weight is set at 17kg which is a bit optimistic! On the website, go to 'My Weight History' and change your goal weight to 68. Or, on the app, go to weight and change the goal.
