Hi everyone! I'm Stephanie & new to this site. I have struggled with my weight all my life..My heaviest weight has been 210..but i got tired of my poor eating habits..and got my ass up off the couch and started exercising, and forming better eating habits..i'm no longer that couch potatoeSmile..and now weigh 146.. Still would like to lose another 15 pounds..I ♥ to meet new people..So let's kick ass and take names!!..Bless you all..Hard work & dedication!

Hi Steph! Welcome aboard! You're in the right place, if you're serious about losing that weight.
Use the tools that are available, keep a journal and find some buddies for support and inspiration. This is what works. Smile

In order to lose weight, it does require some amount of planning, dedication and effort. It's commendable to see the amount of effort that has brought in results.
