I would love your suggestions about favorite snacks and meals that keep you on track for your diet and satisfy you. Here are my favorites:
Roasted broccoli with a teaspoon of olive oil and shredded Parmesan, baked 20 min
Peach flavored iced tea (not sweetened; I like a honey bush herbal variety)
Berries on Greek yogurt; sometimes I add a tablespoon of Rice Krispies for crunch
Frozen green grapes (so sweet!)
Kale, tossed in a hint of olive oil, salted and baked 12 min (instead of chips)
Banana, milk, vanilla and crushed ice, blended, instead of ice cream or a milkshake
Spinach, lime and frozen fruit smoothie
Peaches or pineapple on the grill
I am not losing weight. I am gaining health. Since April 24, 2012:

For me, simple foods are the best.
Tofu+Fish+Bok Choy(the long kind)soup with a little bit of rice.
Cauliflower, plainly cooked with a clove of garlic, ginger, and a bit of olive oil - tastes better if it's slightly burnt!
Fuji apples
Salmon sashimi
An occasional ginger candy
hardboiled eggs
Frozen bananas
Romaine lettuce salad with almonds, string cheese, carrots, cucumbers, & an apple. Usually don't need any dressing either!

Peanut butter on a slice of wheat toast almost every morning. Boring-Schmoring. I like it, it's quick and easy, and it satisfies.
Fat Old Guy On Bike. There is a trend here. I would be really self conscious about it if it weren't for the fact that there are so many of us Clydesdale's out there.

I have been adding a serving of cold quinoa to salads. It makes the salad so filling. I make my own dressings and mix just a little bit into the quinoa so that contains the flavor and you don't overdo it on dressing. My two favorites: 1)greens, chicken, black beans, and quinoa mixed with cholula and lime juice 2) greens, turkey, fat-free feta, and quinoa mixed with homemade red wine vinaigrette. If had a lot of fun experimenting with this grain. It is always filling and satisfying!

I mash up some avocado, with a little lime juice, stir in some cooked black beans and put it on a slice of wheat toast, and top with cracked black pepper and a little salt. One of my favorites! Fills me up, its not unhealthy, sometimes I'll even have it for breakfast if I'm running late

I also keep portion sizes of pistachios, almonds and walnuts in my bag, and at my desk to prevent me from falling off the wagon

Since I just started this journey (AGAIN) I am looking for new snacks as well. I love sliced apples dipped in Strawberry yogurt. I am not a yogurt eater at all, but I do love the combination of both AND I am a dipper so it's been good for me!
I've also been doing the sliced carrots (in a bag already to go) as chips, they satisfy my crunchy craving and fill me up.

I made a bean dip with 1 can of black beans drained, added about 1/2 to 3/4 cup of fat free salsa with a couple garlic cloves and blended it, add a bit more salsa if to thick. It made a great dip for celery, carrots, radishes. Can't remember the calorie count but it makes a big batch that will last for several days. I think the can of beans was about 350 calories don't remember the salsa but not much. It makes at least 4or 5 servings though. It would have also been good in a veggie wrap for lunch. I will probably make it again and use it for that.
My H brought home some baby turnips from the farmers market. I peeled and sliced them and they were very sweet and delicious.

I love an Eggo Protein waffle with a tablespoon of PB2 mixed with a little water to make a peanut butter style spread, I add a half of banana sliced sometimes. Yummy

Had to do a search for someone mentioning PB2 and found this thread. I've heard about this but hadn't been able to try it. Found it in a little bitty store today (bargain price, I think - $3.99 for 6.5 oz size. Looks like about $8 or $9 through Amazon). Anyway - LOVE it. Tastes very good and for the little difference between the taste of it and "real" peanut butter, the big difference between fat and calories is great. ~grin~ Just had to add my own 2 cents. Joyce
