Having trouble with snacking at night. Need to get focused. Did however lose 1.4lb at WW this week. This site is new to me so be patient please. lol Need some movitation.

Try freezing red/green grapes. They're free points, satisfying and because they're frozen it takes a little bit to chew each one...plus when it's hot outside, it's very refreshing!
