It s including all mediterranean dishes.For example foods with olive oil , meat not so often ,fish ,fruit and lots of vegetables Wink

Yeah, like how many calories or how much of what to eat a day? Sounds like a lifestyle diet I could live with but I need more information too. Please help Smile

Fruit
I have been having a few sliced strawberries every few days with a MIM or scrambled eggs. I use them as a garnish and that way I don't go overboard. No weight gain with a few berries!
