it is my birthday.my frined managed a surprise dinner for me,with palabok and pichi-pichi and a cake. I only ate pichi-pichi which is made of cassava flour.Confused

So today is not your birthday, pick yourself up and start to eat properly again. One slip up does not a failure make, you can do it. You can't change yesterday but you can make today better. I'm rooting for you!
