I have just started new diet and hope this time it will work. I am 40 and my weight is staggering 89kg (196lb). It is devastating look yourself in a mirror and not seeing my old self at 50kg (110lb). Yes, that was my weight before, 20 years ago to be exact. And now it is nearly double. I am not aiming to go down as much, I am very realistic.
But how can you stay on the programme long enough to lose these 20kg (44lb)?
Did any one here lost as much weight and kept it off? What is your trick? Will Fat Flush work?

The best thing that has worked for me is a change in lifestyle. When I was able to ride my bike to work everyday, it made for that little bit more calories burned every day and I didn't even notice how my weight was falling, it was so slow over time. I don't live in a place like that anymore, so I'm counting calories-which is working- but far less fun. {Although, I'm learning a lot more paying attention.} If you can be patient, slower is easier to keep up longer. Is there a way you can create a small calorie deficit each week and not feel like you're depriving yourself? I think it IS realistic to get down to 110 if you take it slow enough. Am wishing you luck, green

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
