can someone tell me about the turbo carb cycling

Are you eating enough fat and protein? Protein: 4-6 oz per meal Fat: 1-2 tblsp per meal Plus snacks. If you do that, your hunger should abate. Are is it cravings instead? HTH

Vegetable pasta
You can also use a mandoline to slice zucchinis (I wonder if butternut squash would work too?) to make a "wide-noodle pasta".

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
