You know I'm having the same issue but I know I do it because of stress.

Get a bag of shredded broccoli and keep a bowl of it on the counter. It is great to grab a handful when you feel the need to snack but you aren't really hungry. If you ARE really hungry hurry up and have a piece of fruit.

I had a similar problem and someone here recommended increasing your protein levels. It's helped me. Also, having small clemintine (sp?) oranges around REALLY cut back my late night munchies and since they're small, they're better than a lot of alternatives. They're also in season right now!

If your circumstances permit, go to bed early. Not only will you not snack, your body will get the extra rest it needs to help you flush.

Brush your teeth. Or, if you still can't resist have some sugar free jello or my favorite, a pickle.

Rember though, if you are doing Fat Flush...make your own pickles out of cucumbers and Apple Cider Vinegar only!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
