i'm apparently technically challenged. can someone help point me to the recipes/tips for phase 1. i'm starting tomorrow!

Two places...

www.annlouise.com hit the 'forum' tab at the top and go to phase 1 recipes.

also www.ivillage.com has a section for Fat Flush that has a ton of recipes too.
