Hello....I am new to the fat flush plan, the book is on it's way to me....But i allready started drinking the cranberry drinks.....and cutting back on everything. Does any on e have any other Ideas?

Thoughts on choosing a plan for myself
Don't give up! I am on 1300 Cal Diet. My stomach has shrunk, and now I don't get hungry....If I do get hungry, then I use I believe that you can do this. :)~Ann GB

not only are you not consuming enough calories, you are not consuming good calories. As mummydee said, please don't just guess calories you consume, and you should also count drinks in your daily RDI. ...

:( Yes, my dad has very frequently done these things and it drives me crazy! Some people just don't get it. ~_~ I moved out, lost 42lbs, starting to kinda look good. Kinda says it all. Gotta learn ...

Cauliflower Grilled Cheese
I use ground pork rinds for "breading". They are excellent and make the meat even more succulent. I would think that it should work on cauliflower too (never seen the show so no idea)

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
