Hi there,
I'm just starting the Fat Flush Diet and am really optimistic after reading the book. All of the personal experiences noted in the book and success of those who have stuck to the diet are truly motivating. I was just wondering if anyone here has had a similar experience, you know...losing 10 lbs and 2 dress sizes in two weeks kind of thing.
I'm 36 with a 16 month old and have had the worst time losing the weight I gained during pregnancy. Really hope this does the trick.

Hi, I haven't started yet but planning on it Monday. I need to plan some meals and go buy everthing. Have you lost anything yet? Do you know anyone on it right now from this web site that is doing well? I always BLOW my diets after about 5 days I hope I can do this, I REALLY need to lose 20 pounds and 2 dress sizes.

This is only my third day, but I have been able to stick to it pretty closely. The first day was really tough!! The second day was a little easier. I think adding a little extra protein the second day helped. Getting through the first two days without caffeine was hard too.
I haven't weighed yet. I'm going to give it a week before I do that. I swear I have already lost weight around my waist though.
I think Journaling, like she promotes in the book, is going to be my best incentive to stick with it. I made a checklist of all the cranwater, supplements, and food I'm supposed to have during the day and check them off as I do them. The diet calendar on this site is great for helping keep track of how many calories you consume.
It does seem to get easier everyday, so if you can make it through the first five days, I think you'll have it made!!!
Good Luck!!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
