Hello Fat Flush Team -

I have created a great work out habit for myself working out at the gym 4 times a week and I looking to add more days at home. I do hour long classes and have added weights within the past month or so. Any advise on how to incorporate the FF Plan while exercising regularly? I have done FF in the past with great success however not while exercising! I am afraid I will not have enough food intake to support my workouts.

Any insights would be appreciated! Thanks in advance

All I can say is that I exercise every day, practically the first thing I do after I have my LL cocktail. I would have a hard time getting it in if I didn't. It's amazing how easy it is to get side-tracked and then b/4 you know it the day's gone and you're too tired to exercise. This is just what I found that works best for me. That's the key, find a routine that works for you and your lifestyle. I'm proud of you for making exercise an important part of the diet. I just heard someone on T.V. that said he felt that exercise really is abt. 80% of any kind of good health program. Shock

With this kind of exersize I suggest having an extra orange or apple to eat, drink lots of water and keep a healthy carb in your diet every day. If you find yourself feeling weak then add a second healthy carb per day. JUST NO sugar!

The importance of setting your Recommended Daily Intake RDI
I agree... If you stick with the default you will most likely not see the results you want. I adjust my calorie range for every 5-10 pounds lost. I need to redo mine today.
