Hi ladies,
I'm a new member to fatsecret and thought I would try out the fat flush diet plan. What are your thoughts, triumphs and challenges with this diet
Can I buy the book in a bookstore or do i need to buy it online?

Hi, you can buy the book in a store or on-line. I have found it works great, you lose inches before pounds and feel wonderful in the process. The cran-water gets the metabolism going and you get rid of a lot of water..the vitamins give you that needed energy and the food is just delicious. First diet I have been on that the food is actually good, and often, more than I can consume. A word of caution, so many look to lose weight immediately. The book tells you right on the cover:"melts fat from hips, waist and thighs, in just two weeks." It does..You lose inches before pounds so don't get upset if your not losing as fast as you want initially, because you will..You'll see a few pounds, more inches and then, boom, weight seems to go down quicker..Good luck....
all things are possible...

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
