Just good to know I don't have to try "another" diet alone! I am planning my detox tomorrow. Just made the juice and got the groceries for the next couple of days. I didn't realize it was a whole book, etc but it looks interesting and doable. I am looking forward to the challenge and the chance to feel better after a few months of feeling crapy eating whatever, whenever! I am looking forward to learning more from you all and your experience!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
