Hi,

Has anyone read up on the side effects of Borage Oil (GLA)? It says that it contains pyrrolizidine alkaloids and that small traces can be very damaging to the liver.

Why is the Fat Flush plan geared to cleansing the liver, if we need to take something that can do severe damage.

There are several plant oils that can make GLA. Anne Louise suggest using the cold pressed black currant seed oil. That is what she has in her fat flush kit. I am not sure if this contains the alkaloids, from the research I have done I have not read that hers does.

Protein
Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
