How many of you on the FF Plan are still drinking the LL cocktail on a daily basis? I have been on this for a month and I guess I'm getting kind of tired of it. I'm still planning on taking my flax seed but I think I'll just sprinkle it on my cereal. Let me hear what you think! Question

Although I often slip up, I try to stick with it daily at least at night or in the morning if not both. I think the Cranberry water has some great benefits you will miss out on if you change to just sprinkling it on your cereal

I still drink it am and pm. Also during bloated feeling times I go back to drinking it throughout the day. I prefer psylium husk with my llc.

hi- i still drink it twice/day with the flaxseed- but here's a great twist that i found really made a difference- heat up the cranwater first in microwave- then add the flaxseed, the sprinkle at least a tspn of cinnamon & mix & drink/eat. tastes much better warm

Anyone know any low-carb or no-carb snacks?
The above is a good list of suggestions! I personally love jerky. It's low in fat, high protein and takes effort to eat, so it slows you down! If you're looking for a snack, it's a nice one ...

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
