getting ready to start the Fat Flush Plan. Do you have to take the supplements? All? Is there something comparable at the health store or do I have to buy from the website?
Thanks

i agree with dooley. my opinion is that it is less expensive to get the supps from the unikey site- if you buy the ffp kit- you also get the book, which you can give as a gift. after your first order, you can get a 15% discount if you re-order within 35 days. also- the do ground ship for $7.50- but i takes a full week to get that way. i believe you will do better if you take the chromium-carnitine supp- i think it's called weight loss formula.

Have you thought of joining an Atkins challenge? You can get as much or as little support there as you want to have. :)

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
