A day on fat flush

1 tablespoon flax 2x per day

8 ounces protein - no pork
preferred grass fed organic meats

2 eggs - preferred omega 3 enriched

Veggies - unlimited (1 carrot and 3 olives)

fruit - 2 per day (1 apple, 1/2 grapefruit, 1 orange, 2 plums, 6 strawberries, 10 cherries, 1 peach, 1 cup of berries all equal 1 serving)

cranberry water - 8 glasses (mix 56 ounces water with 8 ounces cranberry juice)(unsweetened)

long life drink 2 x daily
mix 8 ounces cranberry water with 1tsp psyllium or 1 tbsp. ground flax

1 cup organic only coffee

hot water with 1 tbsp lemon juice am and pm

Supplements:
2x GLA supplement (180 mg)
1x multi
dandelion root
milk thistle
chromium
l-carnitine
methionine
choline
inositol
lipase
lecithin

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
