great idea for firming tummy even if it is only temporary. Get some cellulite cream (cheaper the better). rub on tummy and back, wrap a large ace bandage around your midsection, (tightly) leave on for about 2 hours and it will help push water out of your system. We use this at my work, for pts who come in and have a lot of swelling in ankles and hands. It flushes the water out immediately, thats where I got the idea to try it on my stomache.

Your diet sounds super extreme. Are you sure you are losing fat and not just water and precious muscle? Doesn't sound like a great idea, but hey if it works for you then go for it.

:) I'm doing weightwatchers but will post progress here. Recording food on fat secrets is more cumbersome than WW, perhaps because I've used WW before.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
