I'm on phase 2, been on FF since May 28th. Just be strict with yourself for the two weeks. Do what it says including walking 20 min a day 5 days of the week and you'll see results.

To ireneh124, I tried this 2 years ago, with very good results, but I only lasted 9 days in Phase 1. I'm committed to riding it out this time, and so should you! You can do it! And I'm sure you will be happy with the results...

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
