Question Im new to this diet or should I say change of life and I have no clue what I should and should not eat.. I love fresh Fruit and Vegs.. is that okay and how much.. please any tips let me know.. Thanks

Hi Krys,
It's really important to get your hands on the Fat Flush book - it covers all that you need to know, including what foods to eat. I highly recommend the FF journal & Shopping Guide, too, as a quick resource when out shopping (foods are listed by phase).

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
