what do you eat at night if you get hungry about 7 or 8. Do you stick with veggies, or can you have some fruit? I usually don't get hungry this late, but every once in awhile I do. Any suggestions, I am on phase 1

Do you never eat anything after 8pm because you think you will gain weight, or do you believe that is completely untrue? If you are an 18-49 year old who is passionate about this subject, then a New York based Nationally Syndicated Talk Show wants to hear what you have to say about it. This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
